On Monday, 30 May 2011, Ladislav Tichý, the first Deputy of the Prosecutor General announced by letter to Ľudmila Benkovičová, the President of the Statistical Office of the SR, that he has lodged a protest of the prosecutor against the opinion of the Office for Personal Data Protection of the SR as of 20 May 2011 on the 2011 Population and Housing Census. The first Deputy of the Prosecutor General request to v a c a t e the above-mentioned opinion of the Office for Personal Data Protection of the SR.
